I am certified by Childbirth International (CBI), have taught childbirth and newborn care classes for 20 years.  I’m also a certified hypnotherapist specializing in fertility and childbirth. I hold a pre and perinatal psychology educator certificate from the Association for Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health (APPPAH). As a doula, I have attended over 100 births.  I was also faculty and board member at the HypnoBirthing Institute and still a Dunstan Baby Language faculty member. I have trained medical professionals on safely attending water births and assisted OB/GYN’s to lower their cesarean rates. I love meeting parents and sharing my knowledge to help them achieve the birth experience of their dreams and build their parenting style.

Traveling the world taking photos and hiking adventures brings me inner peace. My grand babies bring me great joy.
