Certified by Childbirth International (CBI) as a doula and childbirth educator, teaching childbirth and newborn care classes since 2004 and attending over 100 births. Continuing education includes becoming a certified hypnotherapist specializing in fertility and childbirth; pre and perinatal psychology educator certification from the Association for Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health (APPPAH). Trained with the HypnoBirthing Institute and became a faculty and board member. Certified Dunstan Baby Language and a faculty member. Trained medical professionals to safely attend water births and assisted OB/GYNs to lower their cesarean rates.

Traveling the world, taking photos and hiking adventures brings me inner peace. My grand babies bring me great joy.
